Return & Exchanges Policy

At Prestige & Co, we currently do not offer refunds or returns on any orders.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
  • Customers may exchange items for a different size, a different color, or another product of their choice.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
