At Prestige & Co, we currently do not offer refunds or returns on any orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
- Customers may exchange items for a different size, a different color, or another product of their choice.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and the item you would like in exchange.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
